Slow Food Huron Valley is leading a food revolution through education. We identify culinary artisans and local producers who engage in sustainable agriculture and are committed to the viability of the land. By forming an educational network which connects producers to consumers, we will preserve and cultivate our culinary heritage and celebrate traditional Midwestern hospitality.

  Slow Food Dinner in the Vineyard: A Celebration in Support of Terra Madre, held at the Lone Oak Vineyard Estate, 8400 Ann Arbor Rd. in Grass Lake, Michigan. Tickets now available online and at the Lone Oak Vineyard Estate and Zingerman's Deli.
